The world is built for human hands, human height and human stairs. So instead of redesigning your home around a machine, we built a machine around your home.
No renovations
Doors, handles, drawers, stairs and shelves work as they are. Optimus uses the same things you do.
Taught, not coded
Show it a task once with your hands or voice. It generalises the motion, then asks when something is unclear.
Yours, locally
Perception and planning run on the robot. Maps, faces and routines stay inside its encrypted storage.

Tendon-driven fingers with tactile pads at every tip feel the difference between an egg and an espresso cup — about 0.1 N of sensitivity, adjusted 500 times a second.

Home
The chores between the chores.
Unloads the dishwasher, sorts and folds laundry, puts groceries away and resets the living room before you wake up. It learns where your things live — not where a catalogue says they should.

Workshop
A steady hand at the bench.
Holds parts while glue sets, hands you the 10 mm socket before you ask, sweeps swarf, labels bins. The Workshop edition adds a reinforced wrist and a tool-recognition pack.

Care
Patience, on a schedule.
Medication reminders, fetching, steadying support when standing up, and a gentle check-in if a routine is missed. Alerts go to people you choose — nobody else.

Outside
Weather is not an excuse.
IP54-sealed joints, adaptive gait on gravel and wet stone, and 20 kg of carry for firewood, bins and bags of soil. Returns to its dock on its own when the battery hits 15%.

A robot that walks through your home sees more than any phone. So we designed the defaults for the most cautious person in the household.

Processing stays on the robot
Video, audio and home maps are processed locally and never uploaded by default. Cloud features are opt-in, one by one.

A shutter you can see
Physical privacy shutters close over the head cameras. A ring light shows exactly when any sensor is recording.

No-go zones and quiet hours
Draw rooms it may never enter and hours it must stay docked. It obeys them even without a network connection.

Stops the moment you say so
Voice stop, chest button and a key-fob kill switch. Force-limited joints yield on unexpected contact within 8 ms.

Is the $200 deposit really refundable?
Yes. You can cancel at any time before final payment and receive the full deposit back to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Does Optimus need an internet connection?
No. Perception, navigation and learned tasks run on-device. A connection is only needed for software updates and any cloud features you choose to switch on.
Is it safe around children and pets?
Joints are force-limited and yield on unexpected contact. Optimus slows down when it detects small children or animals nearby, and you can set no-go zones and quiet hours. It should still never be left as the sole supervisor of a child or dependent person.
How do I teach it a new task?
Demonstrate it while wearing the included teaching glove, guide its arms by hand, or describe it in plain language. Most household tasks are reliable after two to five demonstrations.
What happens when something breaks?
Hands, skins, batteries and limb modules are swappable. Parts ship to you with guided repair, or a technician visits. Standard and Workshop include a 2-year warranty; Care includes 3 years.
Where do you deliver?
Series 01 deliveries begin in North America and selected European countries, followed by the UK, Australia and Japan. Reservations from other regions keep their queue position until delivery opens there. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
